Positive: Good location, easy check in and friendly host. Door lock pad system is a great idea.
Negative: Went to sleep with a bottle of electrolyte water on the bedside table and woke up to hundreds of ants everywhere - table, floor, bed. Television in upstairs bedroom does not work. Bathroom upstairs dark and water pressure poor. Whole house poorly lit. Wall damage to towel rack in downstairs bathroom. Checkout instructions ask you to take the trash out, but there is no trash bin, only recycling. Very spare accommodation for the price being charged.

Negative: Needed more family room seating, not enough dishes, bed size was wrong (It was Full size not Queen size as described), and one of the bed frames needs to be tightened. It was very noisy. We didn't get a good night's rest.
